For my Dad. ^_^ He's been putting it off for about 10 years, but tomorrow he's finally getting his knee replaced. Please pray that everything goes OK with the surgery and recovery.

Surgery went great; no complications or anything like that. His knee was actually worse than the doc thought it was. It was not only bone-on-bone, but it had actually been ground down to a flat surface. O_o He might need a transfusion today (which apparently is normal), but probably not.

If everything goes according to plan, we're checking him out tomorrow morning. I spent last night at the hospital with him. Medicated people are fun. <3

He's home, and doing good. ^_^ Starting to feel the pain a little bit now, and they've got him doped pretty good. But otherwise, he's OK.
