He's actually made a lot of videos like that one. If you go to Youtube and search "tobuscus literal" you'll find tons of results.
He's done one for Iron Man 3, one for World of Warcraft Cataclysm, and I'm pretty sure he's done one for Assasin's Creed III as well.
