Woohoo! Way to go!
Can we get his name upgraded to DrBrandon1984, brandonMD, or something?
Or maybe his rank to Doctor?
We need to parade this accomplishment around!
(congratulations to the wife as well. I'm assuming she also graduated with you.)

4 more years of training in a pathology residency, then I'll get board certified in pathology. Then, start paying off my huge debt!

There're roughly three different career tracks. 1) forensic pathology -- you would be a medical examiner investigating the cause of death and testifying in law courts, 2) anatomic pathology -- you diagnose biopsies from every tissue and sometimes do autopsies to determine cause of death in hospital patients, 3) clinical pathology -- you manage a clinical laboratory performing quality control initiatives and maintaining equipment, etc.
I'm most interested in the plain ol' anatomic pathology track so I can just work in a hospital and do research.
