Hey yall, so I do quite a bit of different metal art ranging from Steampunk stuff to large sculpture to yard art to wall hangers n such.

Here is some of my stuff....

These are wall Crosses. All the welding done n the back so the welds are not seen.

Thank you very much, here is some of my steampunk stuff:

This is a lamp I made starting with an old air compressor cylinder head and some copper pipe and electrical boxes and such. I have about 40 hours in this piece.

Wow, those are really, really cool!

Out of curiosity, do you this as hobby or an art, or do you sell as well? Like on etsy or some other site?

I do sell, when I have time. Nothing on Etsy yet, though I am considering that once we get into the new house. Juts word of mouth, ebay ,a such. I have some pretty crazy other things, I will post more later.
Thank you for the compliments.

How much do you typically charge for the crosses or lamps? (curious considering the time and materials put into them)

I actually have a huge metal cross that I've yet to hang up in my room. It has mirrors built in and is almost as tall as me.

The wall crosses are typically around 40.00, the lamps all differ by time invested. The twin Edison Lamp was sold for 200.00 and the large Machine Lamp I call it is at my office but I would sell it for around 400.00.

The wall plates I do run around 30 to 40 bucks, depending on the time and then my bigger pieces run anywher from 200 to 2k at this point.

Here are a few steampunk light switch covers I have made.

That is some stunning work my friend. O_o It's both beautiful and awesome.

What type of welding equipment do you use, if you don't mind my asking?

I love those switch covers.
