Kid Chozon saw that movie, and thought the body was dumb and the ending is laugh worthy.

A decade later, Chozon simply laughs at the entirety of the movie, going into fits at the end and the drama of the thing.

My wife absolutely hated that movie. HATED it. She's a stickler for historical details, and the reason why she loathed it was because the costumes were a decade out of date. She said the movie only started getting good when people started dying.

Based on her recommendations, I've never watched it.

Now I wonder how many other people will know what movie we're talking about....

From my understanding, Titantic was one of the more historically accurate movies. From what I knew, they tried to make it as accurate as possible, sans story. They messed up the night sky, but they fixed it on the re-release. I never heard about the wardrobe being off. How does your wife watch any period movie?

The way I'd put it, it's an epic chick flick. I'm not complimenting it in some bro fashion, just commenting on the scale this movie is set on.

As a history buff, she is a huge stickler for historical details and anachronisms. Even someone using slang from the wrong period would be enough for her to loathe the work. Unless, of course, it was done in a comedic fashion as an anachronism (e.g. a time traveler from the 1950s trying to blend in while trapped in the 1990s).

I mean yeah, that was hilarious. Even to my sensitive kid Chozon eyes.

But no. Not ever. My sister watched the movie multiple times a week for months on end, and I can definitely say that, yes my heart will go on, but it was not worth it.
