Reasons why this is fake.

1. Trailer isn't capitalized in the name.
2. Level-design looks lees than professional.
3. It's not a teaser.
4. It's 3 minutes long.
5. PEGI wouldn't have rated it this early..
6. No improvement in graphics.
7. Sketchy youtube account, and not the offical Portal account nor the Valve account.
8. Music sounds like it's from an 80's aliens movie.
9. The comments.

Oh, I know this map.
It's a map on the Steam Workshop called "No money for chambers #1".
It's actually a pretty neat map, you can download for Portal 2 here.

I doubt they'll ever make a Portal 3, they wrapped up the series nicely in Portal 2.
