Christ Centered Gamer

Before anyone says, "go look for it on the internet," I will. I was just wondering if you guys had any opinions on what's the best option for general use.

I'm looking into buying one so I can begin making and editing videos but I need one that:

1. Can record from both HDMI and component cables
2. Comes with decent editing software (or if you have any suggestions on free software)
3. Is under $200
4. (optional, but very much preferred) The ability to save and edit footage (from the console) as I record it on my computer.
