Christ Centered Gamer

Okay, so check this out. I have been- how do I put this morally- "improper" when I was by myself. My mother wakes up in the middle of the night and says something strange:

"Donovan, do you know someone named Sukina?" (I don't know exactly how to spell it.)

I was confused at first. "Who?", I asked. "God told me to ask you if you know someone named Sukina.", she said. "Who is she?", I asked. She told me that it was a seductive spirit. At that instant, I knew that God was talking about my- *ahem*- "self-experimentationally" immoralality. I told Mom I knew what she was talking about. She said, "God wants to know: how can you let something back in that you have been delivered from? He says if you don't stop, you're going to end up being destroyed (or end up destroying yourself)." I can't remember EXACTLY what she said, but I do remember Mom mentioning that this seductive spirit is trying to stop a blessing from coming my way. So I pleaded the blood of Jesus against her, asked my mother to pray for me, and I am currently giving away most of my video games, even games I thought we're safe sexually, or even safe in GENERAL. (like Tron: Evolution, but then I remembered something in the game).



So the games I planned on reviewing I cannot review. Sorry, guys. I can't even any RPGs like White Knight Chronicles 2 or Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.


Guys, I need you to pray for me and tell me:


ARE THERE ANY GAMES THAT ARE OKAY FOR ME TO PLAY THAT DO NOT HAVE SEXUAL CONTENT? NO FIGHTING GAMES, RPGS OR ANYTHING WITH EVEN A HINT OF SEXUAL IMMORALITY. I CANNOT AFFORD TO GO BACKWARDS!!!!!!!!

Praying for strangth, gotta think of modest games....so many immodest female characters in many games out there

I respect your courage to tell us all of this, and your determination.

I'll make a list of good games I have played,
Though it'll take me little time to recall all of them.

So on top of my head,
I know that:
Metroid Prime 1 & 2 are good.
The Professer Layton series are good, except for one picture in one of the puzzles in the very first game... so I guess that one is out.
Though it wouldn't hurt to much to skip the first game "Professor Layton: and the Curious Village",
and start straight from the second one "Professor Layton: and the Diabolical Box." (That's actually the first one I played.)

Well, I am going to try to make that list I was talking about.

I'll also list what systems they are for, starting with the system it came out on.
(I might accidently leave out a few, and I am going to call the Wii Shop Channel "WSC" for short.)
Oh and don't forget Gamecube games work on the Wii, and Wii games work on the Wii U, and PS2 works on PS3, etc.

--Action/Adventure
-Legend of Zelda (NES, WSC, Nintendo eShop)
-Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (NES, WSC, Nintendo eShop) (This and the first Legend of Zelda are oldies, but goodies. )
-Legend of Zelda: Link's Awaking/DX (Gameboy/color, WSC?, eShop)
-Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES, GBA, WSC.)
-Legend of Zelda Wind Waker (GC) (This here is definitely one of my favorite games. )
That's all the Action/Adventure I can recall at the moment... and they are all Legend of Zelda games.

--Platformer
-Any Mario platformer game (I my self like the 3D Mario platformer games like Super Mario Sunshine.)
-The Kirby series. (Kirby's adventure is a good one.)

--RTS
-Pikmin (GC, Wii)
-Pikmin 2 (GC, Wii)
-Pikmin 3 (Wii U)
(I haven't actually played the third, or finished the second one yet, but it would be pretty out of place to have bad content.)



Yeah pretty small list, I'll keep adding more. (I should at least remember some RPGs.)

Can someone tell me if inFamous 2 is okay? Because it says on the ESRB that it has Sexual Themes. I'm doubting buying that game.

So long as you don't do multiplayer (well, bar the CCGR server), Minecraft should be clean.

I think LittleBigPlanet is clean. Probably the sequel too.

Journey should also be pretty clean.

I would also imagine that the Need for Speed series has a few good contenders. The Skate series is... well... questionable.

Oh - I wouldn't advise inFamous 2 to you. I remember what may have been a subtle sexual joke... and of course Nix is dressed rather skimpy the entire time.

It's a real shame too. It has what may be unquestionably the best storyline of any game series I've played. Like, ever.

The first Paper Mario is a fun RPG game,
you can get it on the Wii shop channel.

I know already mentioned this one,
but if you happen to have a GameCube remote,
try Wind Waker if you haven't played it before.


You have a GameCube remote right?
If so, I'll try to recall some more GameCube titles.
