Resident Evil 6 is a disapointment?

To be honest, I'm very happy to see a review that (hopefully) speaks the truth. It makes me sick to see a game get an undeserved high score just because it's a fan favourite and the bribes were good.
I haven't played this game yet, but for those who have: Is it really that bad?
