So, if some of you didn't know, I don't like anime.

But, I like a few, and Trigun is one of those gems. Anybody else see it, and if so, what do you think?

It's been a while but yeah that's a good one, Vash had some terrible luck and a big bounty!

I saw the first four episodes,
but then I noticed that Hulu only had the first four episodes in English, :o
so I will have watch the rest with subtitles. (Oh well, it's not to big of a deal.)

Definitely, Trigun was one of my favorites back when I still watched anime.

It is of right length (26 episodes if I remember right), nice head character (Vash is awesomely naive yet depthful), and awesome theme (steampunkish). My only critique was that sometimes the animations are lacking (still images, nothing moves and it looks a bit unreal) and that the story was a bit uneven (light humor focused start, while more serious towards the end). Still, these are just minor points, that many would probably not even mention. Love it.

If you like Trigun, I have some news that may brighten your day!

But an NDA forces me to be quiet.

Let's just say there may be some Trigun news coming.

I actually rather liked how the it darkened as we delved deeper into the story and who Vash was. Thought Wolfwood and Vash foiled each other very well, too. That, and the giant cross gun.

And yeah, I liked the setting a lot. Can't get enough of the sci-fi western.

Well, that certainly piqued my interest. NDA, you say?

Yep. NDA.

Things look positive... but nothing is ever for sure.

Definitely an awesome series. It's on Netflix now, if anyone subscribes to it. I believe you can find the original series (in print, that is) on sites like Mangafox, too.

I too liked the later, darker shades of Trigun - Legato is one of my all-time anime villains. Much better than Knives in my opinion. Just that I probably wouldn't let my kids (if I had some) to watch the end portion of Trigun, maybe just few of the initial humor-centered episodes (though that would just tease them, thus better left for when they grow up).

Before everyone found out who he was, the anime was good. But when they discovered the big secret, it became a bit lame.
