Christ Centered Gamer

I have herd a lot about FF but I can't see why its so great and is it OK for Christians ??? Is it worth my time and money ????? (sorry if my spelling is bad)

FF VI dose look a bit cool to me

It's one of the best JRPG series that has ever come over to the Western market. In fact, Final Fantasy is more popular over here than it is in Japan.

For many people, Final Fantasy was the most talked about game while growing up. I recall all my friends back in grade 4 talking about how Final Fantasy VII was the best game ever. It was as big as Mario, Sonic and Crash Bandicoot at that time.

The games are worth playing through, and are very fun and addicting. The games have aged pretty well, in my opinion. Although if you've played a lot of modern JRPGs, you probably will get frustrated very easily because the older Final Fantasy games weren't easy.

In quick summary:


Final Fantasy is the bomb.

There. Now you know what Final Fantasy is.

It's a turn-based role-playing game developed by Square Enix (but originally just Square). Many people love it; I however, do not (because of the turn-based battle system, I actually think the stories are really quite good).

Don't forget it's great music!

If I remember right, some of them do.

That's one of the things I can't stand about most Final Fantasy games.
Well, unfortunately most of the games have inappropriate clothes,
depending on the game it's ether a one time occurrence, a certain place, monster, etc. (Somethings are avoidable, but not all of them.)
Upsetting ether way.

I think the cleanest ones are Final Fantasy 1, 2, and 3.
I myself have not finished 2, nor have I played 3.
Though ccgr's reviews say they are pretty good.


There are also some spin offs that are good. (Though it also depends which ones.)

The first 2 on GBA are 8 bit and clean. 3 and 4 were DS remakes l remember Rosa in 4 having a skimpy outfit and 3 had silly job costumes. Some enemies may have tight clothes or hair covering their cleavage.
