Joint orders would be awesome. :D

You realize that 90% of what PI's do is follow people's spouses to see if they're cheating, aye?

Yeah, they would be. Don't suppose you're gonna move to MI any time soon, are ya? <_<

And yeah. That's the male, from what I can tell. His colors are much brighter.

If I could afford 'em both, I'd get them both. >_<

Thank-you cards?

Yes. As long as this doesn't require dressing up as a Japanese man and serving sushi, I'm cool with that.

Probably not. :D

I think they're cool. Very polite, and send the message that you consider people as more than "gifts".

Great. Still don't see him moving around his cage much, but he's eating good and looking good. I tried just putting his mouse in front of him to eat, and he was like "...No." :D So I went and got my tongs, but when I came back he had it in his mouth and was crawling away under his paper. ^_^

Not a big fan. I don't think I've even done it before...

lulz, yeah. He sounds a bit like the baby boa. She only eats if I put the mouse directly in front of her hide. Won't touch it in a feeding box or anything. XD

And... you're feeding in the cage, aye? Yeah, sometimes that's the best thing to do with a young snake. As long as you use newspaper (or put some cardboard down if you're using aspen/whatever) it should be fine. Some say it makes the snake more cage aggressive (when you go to get them they think you're food), but eh... I've been feeding my big boa in its cage for over a year now. He's as tame as anything. XD

So.

I had two light bulbs die yesterday/last night. One was my corn's, which I think I may have killed by moving the lamp (though it was on its way out, so it's possible it just died). Not a big deal, as I just changed it out and threw in a spare.

The other was my ball python's... and it died sometimes in the middle of the night. I woke up to a somewhat cold snake. Felt so bad, since there was nothing I could do when it happened (again, sometime when I was sleeping) and not to mention it's my newest snake.

Though he seemed fine. He's 4, so not a little baby. Didn't seem too distressed about it. Though I did have a heat mat on, which I think just shows the importance of leaving one on 24/7. Never know when bulbs will decide to go. o.o

Fail on me?

Nah. Phail on the lightbulb. :D It's not your fault if it blows when you're asleep, and I move Jayne's bulb around all the time. It's only blown when I dropped it. Those things are sensitive. O_O And fragile.

Aggravating, and useful. When two people are next to each other, or want to have a conversation, PHAIL. But if you need to send some a phone number, and they have no paper/pen, it's really useful. Also, I tend to use up minutes a lot when talking (:D) so I can still stay in contact with my cousins. Not conversationally, but...snippetedly.

Very, very fragile. My big boa's infrared one went yesterday. I had it for... about a month. It was on 24/7 though.

Um.

New ball python is probably the least shy snake "new" snake I have ever seen. Normally a new snake is all... "WHO DIS B AND... *HIDE*".

New ball comes out of his hide and smacks into the top when I enter the room, trying to get out and either be held... or just get out. Can't tell which.

lulz?

He is. XD

And I am in the process. Shouldn't really hold him yet, as he hasn't had his first meal with me at the moment (I don't have any small rats). But I'm hoping to have them up within a week or so.

Also, big boa just shed last night. And I measured the skin, something I haven't done in a looooong while. It measured 97 inches. So. Um. I'm wrong when I say my boa is between six and seven feet. It's a little over eight feet. o.o

I should not have guessed?
