I have been trying to read the Halo books yes. I believe the last book I read was Ghosts of Onyx by Eric Nylund. It was either that one or First Strike. Good books.

Again. Why the hate on Halo 4, you question skipper?
I'm OK with the new bad guys...not sure how they're going to explain the sudden refit to MC's armor though.

I will be honest the. We weapons do look cool BUT what made me turn from it was all the changes to the armor, aliens (covenant have been messed with), the spartan IV program (which if I remember correctly they didn't even have MJOLNIR armor for them, I believe they had some other kind of stealth armor) looks like just a hunk of walking metal, and the battle rifle. I hate the battlerifle. So. Freaking. Much.

True that!
BTW I was incorrect, the Spartans I was thinking of was the Spartan III program which only used SPI (Semi-Powered Infiltration) armor, with the exception being Noble Team. But still it looks like a big chunk of metal.

here is what I found out about it on some froms. HOH and I read that there was a LOT M.Chief and Crotona went through, one of witch he had to change up his suit to survive in space+kill stuff.

We honestly don't know how accurate the trailer is. The trailer wasn't made in engine, nor was it made by 343. It was developed by agencytwofifteen, produced by Digital Domain, and filmed at Anonymous Content. Even the music was composed by an outside source (Neil Davidge and Human Worldwide). It is likely that everything in the trailer was based on stuff created for the game but even that could have changed dramatically since then."

Yeah that is super false. At the end of Halo 3
. Which means they would have no way of creating new armor or weapons. Also their is gameplay out, it was shown at E3. It showed the exact same armor as the teaser. Same with the multiplayer gameplay.

look for the E3 gameplay for Halo 2, its NOTHING AT ALL like the real game.
and I watched an interview with one of the directors, he said they did have some encounters when traveling, how long that were on the ship is unknown. But most say is been 1-3 years but almost most that time was spent "sleeping"
notice that Cortona called him "John" 2 or 3 times in stead of "chief" in the trailer.(said chief once also) the fact she is a pro solder, she would never call him "John" so normally.
yes i hope the armor gets an upgrade before or partway throw the game.
thats my 23 scenes worth.

For the record, it's conceivable that, since the ship contained sleep capsules for Spartans, it also contained facilities for Cortana to build the Chief new armor add-ons. But who knows.

I still think the thruster things were there already.
Silenced SMG's?

What's the best gun you've handled?

Silenced SMGs from ODST are AMAZING! And yes I could believe thrusters on the ship but new armor AND doing it without waking him up? nah.
Hmm Best gun I have handled.....I would say either my friends AR-15 .223 or a friend of a friends Saiga 12 ga. Most likely the Saiga just because it fired a bigger than average Shotgun shell and was amazing to shoot. But it did have a ton of recoil. The AR-15 on the other hand had a recoil stock so it was almost like shooting a .22 and was super deadly accurate. I would say Saiga.

Not yet. I hear that one and the AA-12 are pretty fun to shoot though.
