I never really got into the Mario games, except for some Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros.
so I don't really have an opinion on it.

You just gotta prepare it correctly. Tofu has no flavor, and an odd texture. But if you cook it with some flavoring agents, and perhaps brown it to change the texture, and you got some good stuff.
