No.

It simply means that the words "FULL RECOVERY" flash onscreen.

I thought it meant you just didn't get owned....

....but in light of Scott's last post perhaps if you tripped fell down the bottomless pit it would flash "FATALITY" over the screen...which would be kind of ironic...
