I have... but the official name is Pokemon At Large. Pretty good game... a bit of content that could be off-putting, though.

Pokemon prostitutes, drug dealers, and organized villainy? Not a pretty picture.

Cost me 7000 Japanese Yen to have it imported. So worth it. It's a masterpiece.
