What did the snake ever do to you to get that name?

I mean, Jayne, for a guy?

What kinds of snakes did the breeder have at his place? Did he let you hold any, or did he talk about 'em? Or was it a... go in, grab Jayne and leave thing? XD
He had a lot of snakes. ^_^ I didn't hold any of them except Jayne, though. We stayed for about twenty minutes. He had corns, (obviously) Kings, rattlers. Some boas and pythons, I know. :D It was shweet.

I believe it.

Has Jayne bitten you yet? Some guys are nippy at birth, so I'm just curious (new RTB is very cage nippy, and so wasn't king when I first got him).

Nope. He hasn't even tried. I'm thinking the guy held him. Because there's no way it's something I'm doing. XD

Ah. Well that's good. XD

Corns are usually tame snakes. They just move a lot... but I've only been bitten before by corns during feeding time.

Would you ever get a red blood python?

I saw some at the expo, but not 'till after I had bought the RTB (big show... lotsa snakes). So I didn't have enough cash to get one then.

But they look awesome, imo. ^_^

Pretty. O_O Really pretty.

I may. I want Jayne to get healthy and happy, at the moment. Too, it would depend on size and temperament. XD

I don't mind getting bit, but my Dad has already gotten on to me about feeding Jayne in his cage (even after I explained to them that it's a good idea when they are babies to do that the first few times, he doesn't like the idea of me getting bit), and my Mom has sworn me off all snakes above 6 feet. XD

Heartstrings come undone. Or the other song that "has blinding lights will guide our way" in it. I can never remember the title.

You mean Undying? Both of those are awesome songs. ^_^

Favorite genre of music?

CCM, you could say. I don't really have a favorite genre. I like Rock, Metal, Pop (though dunna be hatin' me. >_>), even some rap stuff.

Not that I listen to only CC-dos, but it makes up the majority of my collection. The above categories apply to all music (except Pop...ugh.).

Oh... um, a corn snake bite is harmless. If I don't even feel getting bitten by a baby RTB, who's bite is 10X harder than a corn's (they're a much bigger, stronger snake even as a baby), you won't feel a thing. Trust me. They're not poisonous... and don't usually bite. What a corn does to defend itself... is run away. XD

Boa's, king snakes and such bite to defend themselves. Not a corn, they just turn on the jets. XD

Except during feeding time. That's when all rules are off. In most cases, once a snake gets a rodent's smell... they'll attack anything. Remember they've got bad eyesight and hunt by scent. If you've got a rodent's smell on you, they'll think you're food. XD

Aaaaand yeah. Blood pythons may hit six feet, sometimes a bit bigger (they average around 5, if I recall correctly).

Has your dad had bad experiences with snakes in the past? Just curious why he's... not crazy about them. <_<

Hey, I told ye amigo: I don't mind getting bit. :D Even if it did hurt...just don't mind. It's just my dad, and no matter how much I explain it to him, it just...doesn't. I dunno. :D And if the snake would stay that size, I could likely get one. I'd have to deadbolt his/her cage, though. XD

And honestly, I'm not sure if my Dad has had a bad snake experience...spiders, yeah. Shopping malls, sure. But snakes? Dunno...he just REALLY doesn't like them. Ever since I can remember.
GarthVader wrote:Are you .... well... are you?
Maybe. I hope so, but I can't tell yet.

Ah, Okay. Yeah... I don't mind getting bit either. The guy at the expo I bought the new boa off of... he's like "yo dude... you may end up getting tagged". I'm like "your point?". XD

Yeah... some people don't like certain things, with no explainable reason. Like my dad and spiders. Ain't gonna happen. Ever.

Ever eaten a worm?

Eww, no. Worms poo in your mouth when you bite in to them.

Beetles, yeah. Several times.
