The Hymn of a Broken Man - Times of Grace
Seriously one of the best hard rock/metal albums I've ever heard.

I'm definitely interested in getting that at some point. Mostly thanks to you.
Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
I now own the three most essential PF albums... well, at least in my opinion.

After I bought them I looked at the list, and I said to myself, "I'm pretty sure this is a Drew-approved selection of CDs." Seriously. I did. XD

Echo Mountain by K's Choice. Unknown in the States but pretty good if you ask me.
It's a Belgian band, a guy and a woman, brother and sister actually. Woman has a pretty nice voice, the guy does mainly backing vocals. There are 2 CD's in the album, one with up-tempo songs, the other with ballads. I bought this CD a while back for my girlfriend, heard it a couple of times and it grew on me so I bought it myself now.
It's been a while since I bought an actual album in an actual store instead of just songs on iTunes.

It more or less is. XD
I need to spend more time with Waking the Fallen, though... I bought it years ago, and just found it again.
Of course, now it's packed away...
What do you think of Lost in the Sound?

So my roommate let me borrow:
Images and Words by Dream Theater
Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From A Memory by Dream Theater
Black Clouds and Silver Linings (3-Disc special edition) by Dream Theater
Systematic Chaos by Dream Theater
My roommate is awesome. Because he loves DT just as much if not more than I do.

If there's any way to find Waking the Fallen, you should get it and listen to it some more. I bought it because I've kinda been on a A7X binge lately, but I didn't expect it to be as good as some of their other stuff. But I was pleasantly surprised... it's really, really good.
As for Lost in the Sound, I haven't had a chance to listen to it too much yet, but I've liked what I've heard so far. It's heavier than I expected; for whatever reason I was under the impression that Underoath leaned a little bit more towards the emo side of things. Thankfully I was wrong. XD
