Hey, I read that! Hyperion, I mean. I also read the Fall of Hyperion. Unfortunately, this was about four years ago, and I didn't really understand what was going on. Why are all those people stuck on that tree? Is it real? No, wait, they are in tanks...
I pretty much understood the events, I just missed the deeper meaning. Or was there one?
That means I should read it again. I usually get things the second time around. :D

I'm not reading anything right now ... but I just finished <i>The Door Within</i> trilogy - it was the second best series I've ever read, just after <i>The Lord of the Rings</i>.

The last major novel I finished was East of Eden by John Steinbeck. Great book. I almost sprung a leak at the end.
