BANG. BANG.
The two of the people who were sitting up against the wall slumped over. The officer looks up and sees the Stephen, Jack and Conner moving to the security door. He holds his pistol out.
"FREEZE!"
The inhabitants of the plane are really starting to spill out. If Luke and Chris don't get a move on, they'd be quickly overwhelmed.
((At the moment, I'm a little torn on whether to take over characters who are AFK, or to sort of leave them to where they are, with a little bit of mercy and leeway))

"Blast!" Jack said to himself, he was thinking of a plan to help the wounded in the other room now that Conner was with him and Stephen. Though such planning wouldn't be necessary anymore... for it was to late. Now the very same officer was before them, and was likely targeting Stephen.
Jack then shouted "Wait officer! This fellow here wasn't injured by one of those things, rather he was hit in the face with a rebar, therefor he shouldn't go mad. You have no need to concern yourself with him, he is with me and my friend's company if he was to go mad, we'll be the ones to take care of him." Jack looked over at the airplane and the zombies pouring out. "Your priority right now should be taking care of the ones you know are mad... and I would call for back up while you're at it." Jack said as he pointed at the great number of zombies pouring out of the plane.
He had much more to say to that officer, but he knew it would hinder the chance of reasoning with him. Now Jack just hoped that officer would listen, though as an safety measure Jack had moved just enough to block the officer's aim at Stephen when he was talking.
((Late comments!))
((Oooh, I thought the walls of the security checkpoint collapsed during the crash, and was very close by.))
((I'll update my right sheet now, I picked up five things of rubble by the way.))

Jack's plea and blocking position frustrated the officer. He began to quicken his pace forward, but hasn't fired yet.
"Step away, sir! Back away now!" He shouted.
You guys very near the staff door now, closer than he is to you.

Stephen swore under his breath. The officer was distracted with Jack for the moment, but it was still too risky for a clean shot.
He quickly unlocked the door, dropping the key card outside so his friends could get in, if they made it. He found a doorway to hunker down in, pistol drawn towards the door he came in.

Heading over to rejoin the group, Chris sprints with the radio in hand. Seeing the security guard with the gun drawn, he realizes the time to "wait and see" is over. He runs to try to get around behind the guard without being noticed in the chaos...

Your foot caught on a crack in the ground and in your attempt to not fall you kicked over some gravel. The cop's attention and his gun turned to you.
At this point the cop is now between you and the others at the door. The people from the plane are moaning loudly and catching up, but the cop seems to be preoccupied with you at the moment.
"Where do you think you're going? I want you on your knees so I can inspect you!"

as Luke gets to the door he turns to see if everyone is behind him and he sees the cop pointing the gun at Chris. this is really turning out to be a bad day... Luke says
Well... as they say no man left behind Luke thinks with a growing sense of despair
Luke slips the rebar into his backpack and sneaks/sprints over to the cop in attempt to get behind him with out being seen

You are able to sneak up on the cop without knowing you are there.
The hobbling inhabitants of the plane are getting closer, their moans finally alerting the cop.
"What the @#%@?!?!" He screams as he sees them up close for the first time. He turns and begins to open fire. His shots hit their chest and arms, but they seem to take little notice.

The poo just hit the fan, and it's starting to rain on everyone. "Guys...we gotta GO!!!" He'd seen Stephen open up the security door. If the stupid cop didn't shoot somebody they shambling passengers were going to start eating faces, and he didn't want anyone to become lunch, least of all his friends. He waved at the people down the hall and shouted, letting them know there was another way to go. He then started chucking rocks at the unhappy vacationers, trying to make more time for his friends.

With the gun no longer trained on me I bolt (away from the line of fire) toward my friends to regroup to get moving away from the horde.

Luke sees Chris get away from the cop
so Luke too darts away to once more meet back at the security door

((Well, don't thank me so quick.
It was the zombies. Can't guarantee you won't come into a similar dilemma later.))
Chris and Luke sprint to the door, trying their best to keep a relatively safe distance from the growing horde.
((If both of you can roll a 1d20+DEX to see how well you evade them.

Meanwhile, as Stephen waits with his pistol trained on the door, he hears an uneven shuffling of feet around the corner behind him.
