It's a sauce made with bourbon, molasses, brown sugar, orange juice, and cloves. Then you buy a spiral sliced ham and roast it in the oven, dousing it in the juice every fifteen minutes, making sure to get it between each layer. You could probably leave the bourbon out and replace it with apple juice and it be just as good though. Huh...need to try that. XD
