RetroPie is awesome. Get on that noise.
Roguelands is fun, but punishing. Played it with friends (Would recommend, make the game so much crazier), had a good time. Fun game. Much enjoyment. Steep learning curve, though.

I'd want a better machine for it. Though I don't suppose it would need to be super, super.
Might and Magic?

Sadly never played. I own the Might and Magic collection on GoG, but never found the time to play it...

I played VII. It's interesting. Sort of like Elder scrolls that is a bit more limited, but also bigger in some ways. Brutally difficult though.
Swiss cake rolls?

No matter how hard you try, do you think you can get a squirrel can shake your hand?

Probably not. The squirrel would be more interested in nibbling my fingers than shaking my hand, I would think.

Cakes from scratch, or cakes from cake mixes?

Why not both? They each have their place and time.

I'm glad you asked. I can think of five reasons, actually.
For one, unless you have the ingredients on hand, cake mixes are generally cheaper. It's not just sugar and flour, but the grade of sugar and flour. Cake flour costs more for the average consumer, but cake mixes have it built in (assuming you're using a quality mix).
Two would be cost of time; it's a lot easier to dump a box into a bowl and swish it around than having to fetch and measure the assorted ingredients for a scratch cake. Plus, cake mixes are pre-sifted and have assorted chemicals added to keep them relatively lump free.
Three, at this point in time, though it's a contentious point for some, cake mixes (again, assuming it's a relatively nice quality one) and scratch cakes are almost indiscernible from each other.
Four...well, I can't think of four or five. I'm tired. I can't even think of what the point is here. >_<

Full disclosure, I had to look those up. Holy cow, I remember those from my childhood! Wow, that really takes me back. I can't comment much on them other than "I read those as a kid and didn't hate them"

I suppose those reasons make sense.
That's just a Tuesday. Or Monday. Or Thursday. Or Wednesday.

BOB books are awesome, I read them when I was learning reading and the likes. My mother still has them in the basement somewhere.
Storm troopers can't shoot? Or targets can't be shot?

To be honest...not a huge fan of Pumpkin flavoring. I guess pie, but if I'm having a holiday pie I want Pecan.

The other possibility is that they were missing on purpose, at least in Episode IV. I mean, the whole reason the empire finds the rebel base is because they planted a tracker on the Millennium Falcon. Would be hard for that to work if they killed the crew. The Mos Eisley shootout could be explained as an attempt to take the ship without destroying it, and failing because Han Solo is a smuggler and does what smugglers do best: Get the heck out of dodge.
I don't really have an explanation for the other movies other than "Characters are protected by the almighty providence of the screenwriter."
So I guess the second one then.
