Both are amazing shows.

I'm pretty sure this anime is older than I am, but it's about a team of superhero-like ninjas all with bird themes. If you've heard of Tatsunoko vs Capcom, then know that a few of the characters from that game are from this show.
I don't think anyone here would appreciate it due to the fact that it's not modern animation, but I'm liking it overall so far.

Police Squad: In Color!
Starring Leslie Neilson, it's the show that the Naked Gun movies were based on. It only ran for six episodes back in 1982, but it was really ahead of its time. IMO, it's just as good as the movies; in fact, the movies recycled a lot of the jokes from the show. Well worth a watch, and you can find all the episodes on one DVD.
