I'm friends with several. XD
I'd rather be a cat <person> than a parent, TBH.

Assuming that's the musical genre, I enjoy it. Big fan of this:

Beanboozled is the brainchild of Bertie Bots Every-flavor jellybeans, repackaged into Russian roulette. It's a mix of Jellybeans of horrible flavors--Skunk Spray, canned dog food, barf, booger, moldy cheese, lawn clippings, and others--mixed into a box of regular flavors...in the same colors as their evil counterparts. I've got a box down stairs I'm waiting to crack open for my birthday. I've watched some people eat them on youtube, and no one has been able to get through them without barfing (hence the birthday surprise).Deepfreeze32 wrote:I'm not familiar with that...

What is your preferred way to handle miscommunication and misunderstanding?
Peace!

Peace!

If God is my Pilot and fully in control of the flight, I guess that makes me a Steward on the plane. How may I serve you?

That...is a hard question. Generally I try to get somewhere private/not public, and explain why I think there was a miscommunication. This can also be over email, but cues are harder to pick up on over text communication. If that doesn't work/other person doesn't believe me, I make my case as neutrally as possible to all other parties involved. Maybe take some responsibility, but above all don't throw the other person under the bus. Not only is it rude/not christlike, it doesn't win people over.
This is assuming miscommunication with one person, but it could also work in groups.

Beanboozled wasn't actually as bad as I thought it would be...I only came close to tossing cookies once, with a deadly combo of barf and moldy cheese.

That was pretty cool. Must admit I'm not a huge metalcore fan though. XDChozon1 wrote:?

Short version: It's complicated.
Long version: Protestantism is a very large group encompassing different beliefs that make it difficult to give a descriptivist statement about them. My personal experience has been less than savory (Endorsing emotional abuse, refusing to treat mental illness, etc), but I'd not say that's a protestant thing so much as a thing my parents are apparently into.
