For me, it's because I know you're quite busy. Last time you were gone for weeks was on your honeymoon. And I'm hardly going to get grumpy at you then. XD

But as for Oro...where've you been you cotton headed ninnymuggins?
Getting ready for my roadtrip to FL in Jan.

And working. Every Sat for the past month + Christmas parties at the steakhouse.

Big red rose bush next to doorway?
Stalker hideout, bad plan.

Christmas parties = big tips, so....

No, I'm not. I'm contemplating an AR or AK though.

...

I'm paranoid, 'k?

I dunno...depending on your intestinal build and tolerance, pickled eggs could be deadlier.

A small gun is all that's required at certain times, but a bigger gun makes the job far more entertaining?

Very much so.

If that's what you like, I think it sounds good.

Home is a place you set your head down at night, so...I'll give it about a 100% chance.

Have you read my book yet?

And if you did what did you think of it?

Haven't. I'll leave you my thoughts on it when I get a chance...which might be awhile, I'm afraid.

I haven't, mostly because it doesn't hurt as much as a 75grn OTM (open tip match, ie really accurate hollowpoint) at 2790 FPS.

Just saying....

I disagree. Sure, doesn't do as much damage, but since a bullet can kill you, that's less pain.

How was your Christmas?

It sucked. That's putting it lightly. Basically, I start getting gothy around this time of year, because it doesn't matter how many people I'm around, I'm always alone.

It was worst when I was with my family for the main gathering, because apart from my grandpa, I either don't care about or hate them all.

The Christmas party at the restaurant was better. I at least like my co-workers. But a lot of my family was still there, soooo....

I know it really doesn't matter, but the aunt who drew my name for the Christmas list...pretty much insulted me. Intentionally. She gave me a mitten with an ice scraper attached, because apparently I'm some emasculated pushover with little pansy hands that can't scrape a windshield without getting frostbitten. She also gave me a car blanket "for when you go in the ditch and get stuck on your roadtrip". I'd say it cost her all of $20. Her daughter was who I drew, and I got her a gold bracelet that cost me a week's pay. They all can GDIAF. I liked my other two gifts though, id est, my AR-15 and sunglasses...which I bought for myself.

Then, even though I tried to be polite, social even, I was pretty much treated like that backwards lower-class outsider and completely ignored or sneered at.

Then, after some debate, we decided to go to some movies in Minot, about an hour and a half-ish away. Still trying to feign cordiality, I offered to drive the second vehicle and buy the second round of movies. After spending most of Christmas Eve night gassing, cleaning, and waxing my pickup...they cancel ten minutes before we were supposed to leave.

I swear, if they were men, not a bunch of women and a 21y/o I'd call a man as soon as I'd call a 6y/o girl a man, they'd all be in the hospital.

tl;dr: I hate Christmas.
