An inflatable boat with an outboard Zodiac. Those things can fly with a 15hp motor on 'em, and the one I want can take a 40 horse so...

What prevents you from realizing this awesomeness?

For me it's an onboard laser tracker and monitoring system.

Well, I could probably get the boat itself for about a grand, but the motor would be like $3-4k. And it's competing against a paraglider and a motorcycle. I mean, it's kinda a midway option between the two and probably the safest, but, well...I have access to a boat. A pretty dang fast one at that. I don't have anything that flies, and a bike would just rock.
