Fear of itching?
I don't know if fear is the right word. Revulsion, maybe.

They're alright, but nothing beats jelly as the complement to Peanut Butter in my book.

It's definitely fear on my part...there's a nice backstory there, but it's waaaaaaay TMI. XD
In lieu of pizza: pizza bites, or pizza bagels?

Oh, hard choice. I like both, but I suppose I would edge out pizza bites.

I think I would choose pizza bites. Brand comparisons aside, I feel like the bite form is more concentrated and powerful.

I don't think I can definitively say as I have not been to quite a few, but I would definitely say either Oregon or Washington.

Do you mean
this (The second Hamiltonian National Bank in Philadelphia that was liquidated in 1841),
this (Bank of America, the company), or
this (The branch office of the Federal Reserve for district two)?

Wasn't aware it had ever faded. The bookstores where I've lived have pretty much been the same as long as I can remember.

Well, I've never been there, but I'll probably visit it whenever I get to visit Philadelphia again.

What are your views on the Euro? and the fact that it's almost a continental currency?

I think it's an interesting experiment with some far-reaching political complications that will need to be resolved soon. I had a better reply here, but my browser crashed, and poof...
Basically, could be good, could be bad, depends on the complex nature of the EU working correctly, and perhaps some things will need to change to make it stronger.
