When songs become so popular, you hear them everywhere?

That's usually the part where (if I liked the song) I stop liking it until it fades in popularity. Not because I'm a hipster or anything, I just get sick of hearing it, well, everywhere. Variety is the spice of music, and too much of a good thing can burn you out on it. There are some songs that were super popular back in college that I still haven't listened to because I'm still burnt out on hearing it every day. Gangnam Style comes to mind...

See, my back starts hurting if I stand for a long time. I think they're something reborn from the dark ages. >_>

The world needs more tabletop?

Even the sit-stand desks that can be moved between the two positions? I quite like the flexibility to do either.

I would agree. More tabletop = good.

Well...that would just be a desk with a function I never utilized. :P

I feel like there's a word for that phenomenon, but I just can't think of it...

If it's well done, I love it. See Babylon 5. But if it feels manufactured, and kind of empty (Like on sitcoms)? Gross.

I tend to find drama annoying most of the time...For me, there's only so long the camera can lock into headshots of people being serious faced before I want to run screaming into the night. O_o

Inability to breath?

Well, the thing is that drama doesn't need to be solely dialog focused or "srs face" all the time. It needs to be focused on characters. See Deep Space Nine for an example of what I consider to be a good blend of drama and action. Granted, it does sometimes require that stoic seriousness, but a good drama can have a good action-packed payoff and a nice amount of silliness. Again, I cite Babylon 5.

Inability to breath would be bad. I'm glad I still have that ability.

That was just me inventing a stereotype to mock. >_>

Is it irony to complain about people who love to complain?
