Favourite GB game that doesn't star a token Nintendo character?
Do so. XD I need to gather and clean and shelve mine before I think of photoing it. So many years of clutter and laziness. O_o

Uh...blast. I dunno. Back when I had a Gameboy I really wasn't into gaming that much, and (being...10 or so) didn't purchase games on my own. XD My collection is rather small, especially on non-Ninty token characters.

Probably Killer Instinct, which was really fun, even if I did get whomped frequently.

Though I 'spose technically Megaman isn't token Nintendo either. Back then maybe, but not now.

Dunno,

I'd say mega man is a Capcom character. Considering he was on a lot of different platforms.

Do you think people only called lollipops "suckers" because lollipop sounded fruity at an older age?

Glorious. XD

Aren't they supposed to be fruity?

I...don't know, really. I've been of the opinion that, if you're ashamed of they candy you're eating, then don't eat it. You only gain pansy points by changing the name to something "cooler".

Canadian Tire sells these lollipops that have a wide range of different flavor. I remember eating one that tasted like cantaloupe. Was delicious.

..Weirdest candy you've ever eaten?

Have you ever done that thing where you go to bed and stay mostly conscious the whole night but are completely removed from reality?

JELLI. That place looks awesome. XD

I don't know, really. I had some Harry Potter jelly beans once, which were weird and beautiful. I've also had (And still have) some ghost chili jaw breakers, which made me choke and feel nauseous upon eating.

There's also black jelly beans, which are admittedly weird.

Uhhhhh...no comment. >_>

Also, I'm removed from reality at most times Oro. :P I haven't had one of those experiences in years, but I usually have them when I'm sick. I remember once I was convinced I was in a Mario land whenever I closed my eyes.

Eventually everyone in my house was afraid to play it, so I would bite into a bean, smell if it's good, and then eat it, then throw away the bad ones.

It's fun at parties though, I'd bet.

Do you hate parties as much as I do?

Ish. Depends on the nature of the party. If it is my close family (sister, cousins, aunts/uncles and grandparents), then I enjoy and look forward to them, since they're usually quite conversation and video/boardgame playing.

If it's the loud, noisy, friend-of-a-friend/random stranger/large group/typical party flavor, then no. I'll pass.

Or if I am forced to attend, find a quiet corner and become a statue. A statue that speaks when spoken to, but doesn't otherwise say much.

I hear ya, though usually at parties I find a few people that are like me who don't really care for the fun games and we'd just hang out somewhere, chill out, eat some snacks and just talk until it's over.

The parties I went to don't have video games because they're church parties and "video games are a sin". Yeah, that Church again. I should let go already. >_>

I 'spose I enjoy the solitude. Or maybe I'm afraid of people; or maybe I'm ashamed of who I am, and build a wall to protect myself. Whatever the case, the ones I attend are usually too small in size to have other people with similar interests.

Plus, I get aggravated with people rapidly.

Though admittedly, the video games are usually from the Just Dance series, or some other Wii family game. XD

Dancing was evil too.

I think our youth had around 120 kids-teens-adults so it was easy to talk to someone that was 16 when I was 20 or whatever.

Some kids you didn't even know grew up. Freaky stuff.

Time?

Oh child...been forever since I've gone to a party of that caliber. Even the large ones I attend have no more than 30 people or so, most of whom I know. I'd have to reach far, far back to find one that size...I had a human best friend back then, so I mostly hung out with him and some other friends.

Weird to remember...

I remain uncertain of time. On the one hand, it steals away that which I hold dear. On the other, I know there is a master of it who wills it in its course, and so I am unconcerned with it.
