Haha, you saw through my trick. Idk the difference between them either. Honestly, I never had good luck with r-pi, my OS wouldn't boot up right occasionally. Reinventing the wheel means instead of using readily available methods or stuff, you pointlessly build or make something from scratch. IE: instead of just using a wheel, you go through the process of coming up with something round and made of rubber.

I think that coming up with your own solution to a problem is good, it can lead to improvements of existing technology.

I don't really know, but I would say around 75 If I am just thinking up sentences like right now, but it depends on the size of the words. If I have to type pre-determined words, I am slower.
