Actually, I don't really care figgy wumpus about getting a degree. All I want is the knowledge to fix/repair/build computers, both hardware and software. Also, to be able to help people out who don't know a lot about computers, by teaching them the basics.

Compy repair shop, type deal. Which is why I'm currently pondering whether or not I should pursue several certs and a grease monkey job with either the Geek Squad, or some sort of computer repair shop instead of going for a degree.

If it tastes anything like the caramel eggs Cadbury puts out around Easter, then those things are epic tasty. O_o Not my favorite, but I'd reach for them if I wanted some caramel.

And yes; lot's of places I want to visit some day, and Canada is one of them. Both the cities and the country side.

I should probably say yes, but my heart says no. There's some intangible quality about it that drives my heart to despair when I think about having to go back in the morning. Which is odd, since I've actually not had anything bad happen up there, and some pretty cool stuff.

I'm gonna go ahead and say that certs are good in the short run, but are a pain in the rumpus (and the wallet) to keep renewed. If you can make enough to support yourself and keep them renewed, then have them at least long enough to get you credibility. Once people know that you know your stuff, they stop caring if your certifications are in date.

You sound like (And this is rare, believe me) that you would benefit from some business classes. While yes, all you technically need is passion and the internet, this is one area where the internet isn't all that useful. Having someone in person who can rate your customer service in an environment that won't make you loose a customer, and someone who can offer guidance on all the nasty stuff of business start up (Like paperwork, taxes, and other nasty stuff) is a real boon. Plus, you can make connections to people who could recommend you in the future.

Yes. For the most part. I have mental issues with public turlets, but otherwise I do enjoy a good road trip. Especially if the destination is worth it. Never been on a plane though.

I can live with that. But if I understand the wording right, M$ certificates (at least the more general ones) never really expire as long as the tech is still in use. It's when it gets replaced they become 'retired'. Dunno how that works out monetarily, though. Apple is the worst I've found, so far. They require you to retake the test (with its $150 fee) yearly. CompTIA A+ is good for three. So, in order to make back mah monies, I'd only have to come up with around $850 over the course of three years (just for M$ and Apple and general hardware. I'd need to take another $150 to get a security cert...which I actually think would be handy to have). Not terrible, really.

Ew. I mean, I appreciate that (And all the advice I can get, really), but...I...really hate school. O_o Dunno if my pants could handle a bidness class. And I'm not sure it's worth the money to forge connections, honestly. Seems like a waste of time and money and effort; the same amount of initiative, money, and energy expended on college (with it's social issues [which, admittedly, I don't care about], stress, ETC), I could probably pay off some guy to get me into a local government structure and work compy magic there. >_>

At present, none. Gogo tech course. But if I stick around for more than a single semester, then just algebra.

Hmm...tough one, actually. If you're counting chicken and dumplings as soup, then easily that. If you don't consider that soup (and some don't) then I think it'd be chicken noodle. Love a good bowl of tomato sometime, but I can slurp chicken noodle with the best of them.

Usually annoying without meaning to be. Sometimes, just annoying. Grates me like a cheese grater on my rumpus when punk kids misconstrue dirty themes into every other innocent thing you say. Makes me want to punch 'em. >_>

Oh man, I'd love to take up that challenge if I wasn't so tired. XD

Basically, a yeti looks like a very tall, very hairy biped, with features akin to a more human-like bear. There's also something distinctly treeish in their appearance, which is how they escape sight. If they hold still (and they can hold very still) it's almost a chameleon effect in wooded areas.

There are dark yeti's too, which are batlike humanoids. But those are spooky.

Being awake at 6:30am?

Happens a lot. In fact, usually I've been awake for about an hour and a half by that point. I despise it, but whatevs.

I ruined my sleeping pattern (again) so I woke up at 11pm and have been awake since.

Going back to something you haven't done in ages? (for me, it's using photoshop to make signatures)
