well for starters we don't condone piracy so I would recommend buying and ripping UMD games. It's nice not having to carry around all of the discs :)

it's a setting in the firmware, enable it and when you connect the PSP via USB you simply drag the UMD ISO image over to the Mac and then back to your PSP's SD card

I have to be honest. I kinda figured it out before I saw your post. But thank you, though. :)

BTW, does the game load faster?

DMR, don't forget to grab Cave Story; it's freeware that is completely legal, legit, and awesome.

It does have the Japanese' quirky sense of humor, though. :D I've never managed to beat it.

Cave Story?

That, and does anybody know any language packs for PSP? You know, those translator thingies?

Any other freeware that is legal? And how is it legal?

Can someone answer all these questions, please?

http://dl.qj.net/psp/homebrew-games.html

It's legal because someone created it from scratch (usually).

I'm not sure about the first question. Never tried it.

Cave story is a very interesting platformer.

As for language packs, I know they exist, but I haven't used them, and I don't know what languages they exist for (though I myself have found a French game I need translated). That link CCGR posted leads to a few hundred/thousand homebrew downloads (both games, and of more current interest to me, random applications) that are completely free, and the deuce with Krytae's (which, Bee tee dubs, I am going to bookmark. XD).

As far as fighters go, I know they exist, but I haven't played them. :P There's a Naruto based fighter, and a stickman based fighter within the many download pages at wololo.
