Unless you live in that region of France and accidentally forget the fresh squeezed grape juice you left on the counter, and accidentally splashed some yeast in it when you were making bread, and then you remembered it and poured it into a bottle to drink later, and you forgot it again.

As for me, I just discovered the fun way that yeast enjoys Fructose much more than Sucrose. So much more, that when you open up "naturally carbonated" berry juice, it sort of explodes everywhere. Soft wine I suppose, since I never leave fresh squeezed grape juice in the window while I make bread. And I don't live in France.
