True. Dat. I had to sift through some C code once that used setjmp and longjmp. That was painful...delve wrote:Chozon1 wrote:I dunno man. I realize sifting through endless lines of code is painful, but having to dissemble something, reassemble it, then dissemble it again is almost fitting of Dante's 3rd circle. It's not the endless lines of code that hurt. It's the endless GOTOs implemented via object-ified procedural code that hurts.Deepfreeze32 wrote:Dude...until you've done it for a year, I'm not sure you know what it's like. XD
I used GOTOs once to annoy a professor. He did not disappoint. XDArchAngel wrote:GOTOs? *shivers*

Pretty much...ArchAngel wrote:Haha, yeah. I believe I more than once accused Javascript error reporting to be able to count to purple.
Not played much, but it seems like a good, if not brutally difficult game series.baconisgood23 wrote:Mega Man?
What's Breadtangles, precious? Can we eats it?Chozon1 wrote:I still say there's nothing more spirit breaking than an electrical gremlin. After all, I don't have to pour fire ants into my underwear to know it's unpleasant, but not as bad as getting my face caught in a blender either.
Breadtangles of pizza?
Yes, though not as much as some people I know. I have two big ones, both set in the same universe. Both are Science Fiction games set in the far future. One is a Role-Playing game about exploring a new frontier (The idea being mankind has fled Earth and is exploring parts unknown) and the other is basically a shooter crossed with The Oregon Trail (It's all about surviving a dangerous trip) set before the RPG.ArchAngel wrote:Are you interested in game development? Thank you, I just wish I had time and resources to see both to fruition. XDArchAngel wrote:Nah, sounds pretty cool. The Sci-fi Oregon trail one seems especially interesting.
