I'ma try. Though I already know it's 7 or 5, since it was in orientation. Depends on the type of class.

Unholy wake up times?

There's evil...and then there's pure evil. Waking up super early is part of the latter.

Not to whine even more, but school is compelling a 5 AM wake up for me. That's around....3-4 hours from when I used to go to bed. :P

Why am I not asleep right now?

Because you're awesome. As am I, since I'm not in bed either. :P

Yes, well, one of us is certainly awesome. And I don't think it's me.

Want to hear something odd that I cannot explain? I reinstalled Ubuntu on my machine and the soundcard works for it. Not Windows (dual install worked this time), just Ubuntu.

I'm thinking Linux perhaps fiddled with the BIOS drivers somehow and reconfigured them to be uncompatible with Windows. Except I don't honestly think that's possible. I tried multiple versions of the Realtek drivers on Windows and no dice; still bricked and listed as noncompatible, but works normally for Ubuntu. And I know the card worked for Windows previously.

Speeding?

That only confirms my suspicion that the sound card isn't bricked: It's a driver issue. Try using this utility to update the driver automatically. If it doesn't work, I'll send you a link to another program...whenever I get back in Texas. XD

Speeding is a troublesome issue. On the one hand, it's fast and fun, and in a lot of cases fine (Provided you aren't going more than 5-10 above the limit). On the other, it's technically illegal and you can get fined for it pretty heavily. I've learned it's safer to trust a GPS' speedometer than the built-in one, as the built-in uses the revolutions of the wheel while the GPS tracks the actual speed you are going. So what may seem as speeding to your built-in speedometer can actually be legal according to your actual speed. YMMV. (No pun intended, lol)

I'll have to give that a shot. I've actually been fairly busy lately. O_o And why aren't you in Texas? o_O

Cellphones?

Well I was on vacation in Pensacola, FL. It was pretty sweet. Then I come home to find that my car is dead. -_-

Cellphones...are a necessary evil. I really love the functionality of smart phones, but I seriously wish they weren't around sometimes. XD

What's up with your car?

But that's cool, about the vacation. ^_^ Did you get sunburned?

The air filter needed to be cleaned. Now it runs 2 times louder. :/

Nope. Didn't go out of the shade enough. :P

Odd. That might just mean that more air is getting into your engine like it's supposed to, but I'm no mechanic. :D

I get sunburned driving. XD

Making friends?

Always a good idea. Especially at college. College buddies can be life savers.

You're a fart!

Tofu's alright, but I mainly prefer it as a egg roll wrapper.

Seaweed is a misnomer?
