It's basically a sniper sim with an awesome ballistics engine...and the remake due soon apparently has an X-ray kill cam to show what organs you hit. I know which two I'll be aiming at.

I fear for the pancreas of your targets. O_o

Excellent game. Really, just...amazing. Completely underrated. It's basically a more linear (and...better. >_>) STALKER in feeling, with a bit of Metroids aloneness and exploration.

Highly recommend. Ending left me wobuffeted though.
