Got four episodes into the third season of Friday Night Lights. And...whoa. The greatness of the 1st season has returned in all its powerful glory. I had tears in my eyes at the end of the last episode. The finish was just so dang beautiful.

This show makes me all kinds of happy. :)

Corner Gas

It's over. I watched the last episode. The show was a fantastic experience. It far exceeded the role and expectation of a comedy series for me.

And now that it's over, I actually feel sad. :/

Last night I watched two episodes of Tru Calling. It's interesting. I just started it, so I can't give a ton of thoughts. Gotta get further in.

However, Eliza Dushku is... without a doubt... one of my favorite actresses of all time. Dunno what exactly it is about her... but I like it. Maybe it's just that she has a more gritty feel than other actresses/actors I'm a fan of. :?

Now that I've finished Corner Gas, I'm getting back to X-Men.

So far, so good, or so they say from mission control.
The deep of space is no place for a fragile human soul.

Wait... that's Brave Saint Saturn and has nothing to do with this matter.

I'm gonna try and wrap up season three of X-Men tonight. Gotta find time amid MvC2 and getting to bed at a respectable hour to catch up on sleep, though.

Watched the first two episodes of Angel. (yes, Obi. I did that entire series thing for $80 XD)

It... it is amazingly awesome. Whoa. Much, much darker than Buffy though. Buuut. I like it. Can't wait to watch more.

Whoa. Me too!

Minus the buying the entire series thing. I watched it on Hulu.

That being said... yikes. So far... the show is poised to kill Buffy... and that's no small claim from me. I like the setting better... I like the premise better... and it feels way more polished.

Also. Cordi.

Lulz. It's so epic. I don't know if I'd go so far as to say I like it better than Buffy... but it's certainly equal. XD

Aaaand, I watched three more episodes of Angel.

You make me a happy man, Nix (you, too, Kenny!).

And...wow. By the 3rd and 4th seasons, that show totally distinguishes itself from Buffy in ways you'd never believe. It's. In. Credible.

Shoots. Now I wanna go through that whole series again. My gosh.

But...must finish dat Friday Night Lights. :)

No new FNL episodes until Summer 2010 makes me all kinds of sad. :(

I've decided that Angel will have to wait until I finish X-Men at the least.

And I'm glad I made that decision. X-Men made me pull back tears.

*spoiler* This was the beginning of season four, which revolved around Nightcrawler and the small town that hates him despite his being in service to the church. At the beginning of the episode, Wolverine is hardcore "there is no God, why would He let things like this happen." The episode concludes with Rogue wondering if Wolverine and Gambit were right, walking into a cathedral, and seeing Wolverine on his knees in front of a cross reading Scripture. */spoiler*

Wow. Stupid show making me all teary-eyed like that.

TOO GOOD
