No, that would be Actor James Callis portraying Dr. Gaius Baltar from the re-imagining of Battlestar Galactica. It's my favorite Science Fiction show, and he's probably the most complex character in the show. He's also got a certain classy look to him, which is why I chose him as my avatar.
