I've tried pure focus once. I ended up with all the muscles in my neck contracted until I couldn't think about anything other that oxygen. Sleep doesn't help either; it just causes lucid dreaming which is far worse.

See, I never manage to go to sleep...I just lie there in bed with the problem unwillingly foisting its face all upon mah consciousness.

First leading is Crono vs Lavos in Chrono Trigger. Second is Micheal Turok jumping on a downed T-Rex and shoving a knife in its eye.

There was also Marcus and Dom cutting their way through the Locust Horde to defend Jacinto.

Mental. Definitely mental. Physical can be cured by sleep, and you can always read a book. Mental messes you up and is not always cured in the morning.
