Guy fights drowsiness and keeps his ears perked...

Listen... [dice]0[/dice]

"I believe our friends may have arrived."

Guy stands, and turns toward the mountain entrance.

Kratimos sees that the others heard something. From the looks of it, it's from the cavern. He turns and readies himself.

Kratimos waits anxiously, especially after seeing Brokan draw his sword. His hands rest readily on the hilts of his own blades.

"Druid," Kratimos asks, "What do you hear?"

"Someone is coming from the cave. I can not tell whether it is friend or foe. I am making the safer assumption."

Minather, not sure what to make of the odd noises, composes himself in case his magic is needed.

Without warning, three arrows fly from the darkness of the secret entrance. One digs itself into the leg of Crimson Blade (causing 4 Damage).

((Roll for initiative. In addition to your initiative roll, state what your next move will be. At the moment, unless you have darkvision, you don't see anything))

Kratimos immediately draws his swords and moves in front of Crimson. He keeps a low profile as he tries to peer into the dark of the carvern, but even his eyes cannot find the enemy, so he pulls out his torch, lights and and throws it in the cavern to provide some lighting.

Guy moves over next to Kratimos, so that ((if I understand the map correctly)) the two of them can effectively screen those behind them from further incoming missiles. His sword and shield are at the ready as he attempts to see what's in the cave, hopefully now illuminated by the torch

Livia readies her morning star.

((Is there any source of light out here? If not, I want to light a torch as my action.))

Livia
((There are no forms of light outside of the fire in the center of the camp.))

Arch
((You can not cover crimson, draw your weapons, and light a torch in the same round. Drawing your weapons is considered a move action. Since we are in combat, you only have a swift, move, and standard actions in combat. You can draw a torch and light it in the fire then throw it but the next round you will have to draw your weapons either as your standard action and move to cover crimson. Remember, a round represents 6 seconds of time in game so there's not too much you can do within that time frame.))

((Everyone, please note your position on the map I posted. No one is in line of site of the hidden entrance except for crimson. If you want to throw a light in the entrance, then you have to move as well.))
