((@TS-There are only two cave entrances. One giant entrance at the bottom of the cliff where the army is marching into. The other is the one that you exited out of. For a moment, it sounded like you guys were trying to follow in after the army and I was a little confused and wanted to clarify.))
As you approach the secret entrance, you see nothing but bare rock. As you all recall, Minather must use his magical stone placed at the right point in order for the door to be opened.

Guy nods to Kratimos, and watches the slope of the pass to be certain no surprises are coming while the others work on opening the passage.

Minather takes out the stone, and begins looking for the proper place.
((Would it be some sort of check to determine if I remember where it is, or is that assumed?))

((No check required))
After fumbling around touching the stone to various rocks jutting out of the side of the mountain, you eventually touch one such rock that responds. Soon, the portion of the rock that was the entrance begins to fade from existence and all that remains is a tunnel into the darkness.

"Alright, we have two choices. We can wait inside or outside, while the gnomes send someone over." Kratimos looked into the dark of the tunnel. "We MIGHT be safer inside from the army, but we don't have the goggles that gnomes provided and it's too dark in there for even me to see. We'd need to go by torchlight, and we don't know as much of terrain in there as out here. I'm fine with whatever decision the group makes. What say you?"

"If we keep a lookout, we can remain here outside until someone arrives. If worse comes to worst, we can retreat inside if we must, when we must."

Kratimos nods in agreement. "Sounds like a fair plan."

shall I head in then? Man I wish I got to pocket a pair of those googles...if they weren't so stingy with them.

"No point at the moment," Kratimos answered, "Your services would be put to better use keeping an eye out for goblins."

Livia stands close to Guy, very intimidated by the sheer numbers of goblins. "How long do you think it will take?" she asks in Guy's direction quietly.

Guy shakes his head, keeping a wary eye out. Armies on the move typically have scouts, for finding threats and enemies exactly like this adventuring party. "I would hope it wouldn't be long, especially since we called for them so quickly. They will probably come expecting trouble."

The party sets camp outside of the entrance awaiting a sign from their gnomish allies. The night grows long and clouds cover the moon. The darkness that covers the world at this hour is deep and can be felt in the bones. The night is approaching the third watch.
