Dream Theatre... is not my style. And Avenged's new album is good, but not, you know, City of Evil. :P
So... would you say that City of Evil is better than their self titled album?

And yes... it was this close to death. :P
To stave off Deep... yeah, I know it's "Theater," but I don't care; I work in the "theatre" business and it's spelled "theatre" there. I'm not changing.

And absolutely I prefer City of Evil. I think it's their most well-rounded album, and the vast majority of the songs are ones that I really love. Actually, scratch that; despite the fact that Seize the Day annoys me sometimes, I love that entire album.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

I'll definitely have to check City of Evil out then... because I'm pretty much in love their self titled album right now. Except for maybe Lost, there's not a single song on there that I don't like.

Did you go to Magic Mountain a lot growing up in SoCal?

Except it's, you know, not their proper name, regardless of how industry people spell it.

:P

I've actually... never been to Magic Mountain. My first Six Flags experience was when they owned Elitch Gardens here in Denver.

I have fun memories of Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland and Universal Studios, though. :P

And yeah, definitely pick up City of Evil. Just be warned... it's probably their most profane album, but also their most technically impressive.

I'm not changing. They're the ones who suck (but also play insanely complex music).

I listen to Pandora on and off. More when I'm away from my own computer, because, well... I have a huge collection of music anyway. XD

Probably.

Especially if you ate pork rinds. Then it really will demand a sacrifice.

Not that big one. The big one that surfers dream of, and even quest for. The *lightninglightningthunderthunder* big one.

They don't make cartoons like they used to, do they?

Oh, well you gotta try to go there sometime. It's insanely awesome.

Profanity doesn't bother me. And my parents let me listen to whatever I want to now. So, I'll be getting City of Evil sometime soon. :P

Pink Floyd?

Plenty of cartoons that I still love. ;)

Pink Floyd?
I would not be adverse to going at some point in the future.

And yeah... pick up City of Evil. Good stuff on that album.

Pink Floyd is so hit and miss. Their early work is seriously meh. Then they get good... and then they got bad again. And then they broke up. Really, Pink Floyd is good because of Roger Waters.

Love me some Dark Side, The Wall, Meddle and Animals, though... and I need Wish You Were Here.

That's what I've heard about them, more or less. I just recently bought Dark Side of the Moon, and I plan on buying The Wall and Wish You Were Here soon, because of the whole contract expiring with EMI, and not producing anymore physical copies thing.

Rise Against?

I've seen too many zombie movies, judging from where my mind went with that. xD

I love Rise Against. I actually think I own every album they've made, except their first. And I've seen them live twice... just like Green Day. :P
