Thousands of uses. I love the stuff. You can build a boat out of it, and blunt weaponry, and fix pretty much everything.

You can even chew it.

Or you can leave it in your backpack with a pair of binoculars and an encrypted notebook after you know someone's going through your stuff <_<

It happens frequently. Usually, the build up is long lasting while the fun is short lived, but more memorable.

I set up a scavenger hunt for my cousin and some friends, and one thing was under her house. So I set up a serial killer chamber. It included a knife and duct tape, both with real (read: my) blood, a noose with human hair, a tattered purse, cryptic and borderline schizophrenic message on the walls, etc.

They didn't notice any of it.

How be this?

Desensitivity and (assuming they were teens) the belief the they couldn't possibly be injured.

They may also know you too well.
