Yup.

Working. Trying to not slowly lose my mind. I'm not winning that battle. O_oNix wrote:What have you been up to lately?
So much better. When I have a moment, I'll do a write-up for it.GarthVader wrote:How's Mass Effect 2? Better than the 1st?

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

Well, I'm going to an interview tomorrow. If I get the job, I'll be able to get a PS3 pretty soon here, and with it, Heavy Rain. I just saw a preview for that game which blew my mind. It was for the demo, and they showed this fight scene that was just... so intense. Possibly the best fight scene I've seen in a game thus far. It was realistic and brutal. If the game continues like that - pacing excellent fights with gorgeous graphics and adventure game elements - I'll be in gaming heaven.Nix wrote:Cool.

Supposedly though, it's not for a total action fan. It's... supposed to be more of an interactive story than a game. Some people are also saying that it could very easily birth it's own genre in games.
Yeah, I'm hyped.
Not as hyped as for FFXIII... but it's right there with God of War 3.
And the graphics are supposed to be some of the best ever in gaming history. Sooo realistic looking. o.o
Are you as hyped for God of War 3 as me? I can't wait to finish that epic tale.

Who's to say that I haven't already lost it?Chozon1 wrote:Lose your mind...it's better for life.
Cutting your finger?
And I hate cutting a finger. Sucks so much.
Well, Heavy Rain is a direct descendent of interactive movies. So basically, it's innovating on Dragon's Lair, not inventing its own genre.Nix wrote:It's getting high reviews from what I've been seeing.Drewsov wrote:Well, I'm going to an interview tomorrow. The graphics seem great... my only complaint is the excessive use of light bloom. This isn't 2004.

And as for God of War 3... it's going to be amazing. I can't wait either. At all.

Dude, yeah. God of War 3... maaaaaan. Easily my most hyped game after the FF's coming out. I wish I had the cash to drop on that day one. I have no doubt it's gonna be awesome.

Is Heavy Rain a direct sequel to Indigo Prophecy, or is it more of spiritual successor?

Spiritual successor. Don't expect any supernatural, end-of-the-world weirdness with Heavy Rain. It's pretty much straight up noir.Strider wrote:Is Heavy Rain a direct sequel to Indigo Prophecy, or is it more of spiritual successor?
Hard, because I don't prefer either.Deepfreeze32 wrote:Which do you prefer more: Nirvana or Alice in Chains?

If I had to choose... AiC.
