Unless you have Coeliac disease or allergies or some other distinct adverse reaction, I find it to be an explosive trend.Sstavix wrote:Speaking of gluten-free, what do you think about people who don't have gluten issues, but try to be gluten-free anyway? Health conscious, or are they just following an expensive trend?
Don't ask.

I quite agree (unless you're doing it for someone else in your immediate family, tooScotchRobbins wrote: Unless you have Coeliac disease or allergies or some other distinct adverse reaction, I find it to be an explosive trend.

What do you think about trends in general?

If society were analogous to a human body, then trends would be moving fingers and limbs and such.Sstavix wrote:I quite agree (unless you're doing it for someone else in your immediate family, tooScotchRobbins wrote: Unless you have Coeliac disease or allergies or some other distinct adverse reaction, I find it to be an explosive trend.).

Well, the guitar is completely worth it.
Interestingly enough, musical instruments are one of the few big budget items I have no qualms over purchasing. I've never felt, even though I've only purchased a few things, that I was wasting money.
Earaches?

They always show up at the weirdest time for me. There's no rhyme or reason to their appearances.Chozon1 wrote:Well, the guitar is completely worth it.

When I play electric, it's a Fender Squire Stratocaster in black. My old man picked up an old Stratocaster from way back. I don't play that one as much, but they're pretty much the same guitar (I like mine more, but that's just because we've spent more time together).Chozon1 wrote:Yes. But what guitar?
My acoustic is a Taylor. It's either a 410ce or a 440ce (it's a dreadnought in the 400s, but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me - it does have the cutout though, and it does work with an amp). If you were going to get an acoustic, I would absolutely recommend a Taylor. Gorgeous instruments.
