Did you ever find the rail gun sniper rifle in STALKER: SoC?

I did, got rid of it. Now, in CoP, there's only one in the entire game, and there's this sniper mission...yeah. Killed 12 men before they could run twenty feet out a door. While under RPG fire. IE, I like it, but there's not enough ammo in SoC iirc.

I found one...but I'm in the last mission, I think. I'm all indoors.
