Depends on what for. Hot dogs it's honey chipotle glaze, generally cajun something for burgers, sweet chili sauce for ice cream, steak...well. Worcestershire if it's cooked. I honestly like my steaks nearly raw though.

Yep. It's...okay, I guess, not much different than Worcestershire. The natural juices of the meat are better than either.
