In my mind, one of the greatest Sci-Fi's ever. Pretty much the grandfather of...Man, I dunno. 70-80% of Sci-Fi movies.

I mean, the whole "huge historical discovery" thing is cool. But it needs an ancient evil monster to be shweet.

No. If video games and cartoons have taught me anything, it's that a ninja or other hero always breaks his way in, and usually kills you in the process.
