Me too. XD My birthday cake this year was a pile of powdered donuts.
How do you feel about birthdays?

It's really happy but it's also kinda sad. Every birthday you celebrate ends the past chapter of your life. You can never be *insert age here* again.

True. Though the same can be said of days, minutes, and hours too.

Ok so this year our youth group went to Dallas. We left Sunday the 23rd and got there that evening. While we were there, we stayed at First Presbyterian Church and helped out at several places. In the mornings, we would go and help t places around Dallas. Monday was orientation so Tuesday we started with going to a food bank to help sort, package and load various food items. I forgot what it was called. Wednesday morning, we went to an orphanage/daycare for children of homeless people called Vogel Alcove. For the children 0-4(ish) tgey provide food and a place to stay. Thursday morning, we went to a nursing home called Grace Presbyterian Village. This nirsing home was a lot nicer than other ones. Friday morning, we led a Bible study at The Stewpot. The Stewpot provides meals to homeless people who come to their doors and was founded by the church we stayed in. It was right across the street.. During the afternoons, we would help with a VBS/school type program the the church hosted. It's called Summer Kids Club. We helped tutor the kids in classrooms and we provided lunch and a snack. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings we helped at a place called The Bridge. The Bridge is a homeless shelter that provides meals, a home (until the person can support theirself) and they help acquire government records necessary for certain things like their social security, their birth certificate etc. Friday afternoon was the field trip for the Summer Kids Club and we went to see Monsters University. That evening, we packed up and drove to a hotel. The next morning we went to Soc Flavs Over Trxas which was right across the street from the hotel. We left Six Flags at about 4:00 and drove home.

That's a tough question. When you're in extreme heat, you want extreme cold and vice versa. I think cold would be easier to deal with for me because you can do more to warm yourself than you can cool yourself.

Kind of. I gave me a better understanding of the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover".

It's kinda hard to decide, but usually I like Milky Way and Snickers.

I haven't seen the Rambo movies.

I've heard mixed reactions. One of my friends says it's really cheesy and doesn't make any sense but another says it's a great movie.
EDIT: Last night I saw the first one on Netflix. It was a good movie.
EDIT EDIT: I thought you meant Rambo by Disney. I've seen that one but not the ones your talking about. I haven't heard of them until now.

I've seen the second one...I thought it was awesome. Don't know about the newest one, but I'd actually rank First Blood Part II as one of my favorite action movies.
So how'd your other trip go?

It went well. It rained the first two nights and my side of the tent had a leak that we had to fix. I got lots of requirements done for Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class as well as the Swimming and Canoeing merit badges.
