As much as I've wanted to over the years, I've never played an original Oddworld.

Strangers Wrath though...is just so much odd. It's hilarious, but also demented. I loved it. The world was, at once bright and colorful, and also gloomy western. Cartoonish, and srsface. It's just hard to describe.

I don't really see how Halo got an M and it didn't though. XD

It's basically a type of synecdoche.

Does it annoy you as much as it does me when people idolize Shakespeare?

An innovator and excellent playwright? Certainly. I'll even admit his sonnets were influential, even if I don't like them. His long poems though? The bored ramblings of a man whose plays were performed in brothels. It's even worse when people say he's among the best writers of classic Western literature while ignoring people like Ovid and Virgil. /rant

And he wore really stupid pants.

I'm pretty sure people only idolize Shakespeare because his plays were made into movies.

But yeah, it annoys me when people get that smug look on their face and launch into a ramble about him.

Yet from those flames, no light, but rather darkness visible?

I've heard it before but I can't remember where.

I want to say Dante.

Milton. Perhaps it's because it was originally in English, but Milton's short description of hell blows Dante's 34 cantos out of the water. Not necessarily in detail, but in sheer imagery.

The Iliad?

Really have to read Paradise Lost. Like...now. Or sommat.

Only access is through the web and I loath reading off an LCD. Burns my eyes.

I'm probably upgrading after I finish my copy...but I'm pretty sure it's spoken for. Sorry.

Synchronicity?

Should I buy books or ammo that's on sale at Gander?

Depends on the books. Or the ammo. Or what Gander is.
